Course Format

This course builds on basic stakeholder management principles and adds several unique and advanced tools and techniques to the project team’s toolbox. In this course participants will develop a complete understanding of the project’s stakeholders and their effect on the project. The course uses a case study approach and participants must complete three in-class assignments based on a case study. Upon successful completion of the course participants receive a certificate of attendance.
