Key Functions
Develop and maintain project management plans, including project integration, scope, schedule, cost, and integrated change control management plans.
Develop detail work breakdown structures (WBS) and WBS dictionaries.
Ensure schedule and budget development and control of schedules, baselines, costs, and project finances.
Implement and maintain project document controls ensuring the development, maintenance, and use of project templates.
Ensure formal project communications takes place and follow good practices including period project progress reports.
Ensure compliance with Policies, procedures, standards, and leading practices.
