Werner Meyer - Director
Werner Meyer is the Founding Director of ProjectLink, with more than 24 years’ experience in project, program, and portfolio management. Over the years, he has consulted with companies from various industries such as mining, information technology, aviation, finance, manufacturing, construction, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications. He founded ProjectLink in 1998 and continues to consult on projects and facilitate training courses.
Most of his work has been in developing organizations’ project management capability through maturity assessments, methodology development, risk assessments, competency assessments, portfolio and project models, policies and procedures development, and training facilitation.
His vision is for ProjectLink is to develop innovative methods to reduce the variation in project constructs and pay-offs. He believes we can do this by reducing scientific principles to practical methods and tools that can be used by practitioners on projects at all levels of complexity.

Hannes van den Berg - Director
Hannes van den Berg is a Director at ProjectLink with over 18 years’ experience in project and portfolio management. Over the years he has worked in various industries such as mining, agriculture, military, automotive, engineering, healthcare, and transportation.
He has held the position of project manager on most of the projects that he has been involved in and has performed numerous project reviews, estimate reviews, and maturity assessments. Hannes is a highly skilled and qualified project professional with strong operational knowledge who continues to consult on clients’ projects. Most of his experience has been in organizational project management, portfolio management, requirements analysis, scope management and hands-on project management.
His vision for ProjectLink is to grow every client’s project management maturity to enable project success.

Marelize de Jongh - Business Unit Manager
Marelize de Jongh is the Head of Consulting at ProjectLink. She manages the Consulting and Training Department and continues to consult on projects. With over 11 years of experience in program and project management, Marelize has a strong demonstrated history of working in management consulting.
Over the years, she has consulted various companies in industries such as mining, engineering, construction, healthcare, and education.
With having her PMI-RMP, Marelize specializes in consulting with organizations regarding project risk management, regularly conducting qualitative and quantitative risk assessments. Her experience also extends to include project controls, project planning, PMO setups, and methodology deployments.
Her vision for ProjectLink is to assist clients worldwide to reach their full potential by enhancing their decision-making capabilities and providing them with fit for purpose solutions.

Heinrich le Roux

Heinrich le Roux - Business Unit Manager
Heinrich le Roux is the Head of Project Delivery at ProjectLink. He currently manages our team of 60 project consultants who assist clients in delivering their projects. With over 14 years of hands-on experience in consulting, project, and program management he has successfully managed numerous projects in the construction, mining, retail fuel and sustainability sectors.
Heinrich holds a Masters Degree in Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team having been a Consultant, Project Manager and PMO Lead before stepping into his Head of Project Delivery role.
His vision for ProjectLink is to foster a culture of innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement through empowering teams, streamlining processes and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Kobus Kok - Business Unit Manager
Kobus Kok is a Business Unit Manager at ProjectLink. He currently manages a team of our project consultants who assist clients in delivering their projects. With over 26 years of experience in project management, he has successfully managed numerous projects in the oil and gas, mining, and military industry. Most of his experience is from his involvement in feasibility studies as well as; scoping, planning, scheduling, project controls, project risk assessments, and PMO establishments.
He dreams that ProjectLink will be a world renowned consultancy that is recognized for its knowledgeable consultants and their ability to improve project success by delivering the highest standard of project management services.
